BURLINGTON, VT - Sen. Peter Welch (D-Vt.) released the following reaction to President Biden's announcement of a three-phased ceasefire currently being negotiated between Israel and Hamas:
"President Biden is right: it's time to end the war in Gaza.
"I support his call for a ceasefire - one I've made for months. A lasting ceasefire is the only way to get the host . . .
