CLARKSBURG, West Virginia, May 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:

Timothy Chad Henson, the owner of Clearfiber, Inc., an internet service provider in Monongalia County, has admitted to defrauding the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
