DES MOINES, Iowa, May 25 -- Gov. Kim Reynolds, R-Iowa, issued the following news release on May 24, 2024:
Governor Kim Reynolds announced today that President Biden has approved Iowa's request for a Major Disaster Declaration for Iowa counties where significant damage was sustained from severe storms and widespread flooding that occurred on May 21, 2024.
