Senior groups and consumer attorneys who advocate for abused seniors and their families applauded today's passage of AB 2773 (Kalra). The bill gives seniors and their families a chance to hold nursing and assisted living facilities accountable when they intentionally destroy or hide evidence of wrongdoing.
