CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, May 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina issued the following news release on May 20, 2024:

Chirag Tomar, 30, a citizen of the Republic of India, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan C.
