WASHINGTON, May 18 -- The Federal Election Commission issued the following news release on May 17, 2024:
The Federal Election Commission cited one campaign committee today for failing to file the 12-Day Pre-Primary Report required by the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act), for primary elections being held on May 21, 2024 in Georgia.
As of May 17, 2024, the required disclosure report had not been received from:
