During National Police Week, U.S. Senators Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) and Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) introduced the Restoring Law and Order Act to increase resources for law enforcement and help reduce violent crime. This legislation was first introduced in 2022.
