WASHINGTON, May 16 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Bureau of Transportation Statistics issued the following news release on May 15, 2024:
U.S. scheduled passenger airlines reported a 2023 after-tax net profit of $7.8 billion, and a pre-tax operating profit of $13.2 billion.
