La. U.S. Attorney: St. Tammany Parish Man Pleads Guilty to Violating the Federal Controlled Substances Act

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, May 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:

U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that ALVAREZ JOSEPH CYPRIAN, age 23, of Madisonville, Louisiana, pled guilty on May 14, 2024, to violating the Federal Controlled Substances Act before United States District Judge Susie Morgan.
