WASHINGTON, May 14 -- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission issued the following enforcement news release:
--The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced it filed a civil enforcement action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas against ,a Texas corporation,andits co-founders,of Gilbert, Arizonaand of Ft. Worth, Texas.
