FGA Files Amicus Brief to Protect School Choice in Michigan

NAPLES, Florida, May 14 -- The Foundation for Government Accountability issued the following news release:
Last week, the Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) filed an amicus brief (https://thefga.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/FGA-Hile-v.-Michigan-Amicus-Brief-FINAL-DRAFT-v3.pdf) in the Supreme Court of the United States case, Hile v. Michigan. In the amicus, FGA argues that the Court should grant certiorari on this case and allow the Hiles to argue their case.
