CAMDEN, New Jersey, May 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on May 13, 2024:
A Cape May County, New Jersey, man today admitted misappropriating postal funds, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
Austin T. Mahan, 44, of Cape May Court House, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Christine P. O'Hearn to an information charging him with misappropriating over $1,000 in postal funds.
