JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, May 10 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:

United States Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Allvin delivered powerful concluding words during the National Security Forum on May 9. "The greatest strength is not in the metal, it's in the people."
