LEXINGTON, Tennessee, May 9 -- The Department of Housing and Urban Development issued the following news release on May 8, 2024:

Today, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Office of Multifamily Housing Programs, announced it has completed a $750,000 grant transaction under the Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) with Wesley Living of Tennessee.
