MANTEO, North Carolina, May 7 -- The National Park Service Cape Hatteras National Seashore issued the following news release on May 6, 2024:
Cape Hatteras National Seashore (Seashore) will seek input on the development of a horse management plan at a May 21 public meeting on Ocracoke Island.
