Today, Congressman Mark DeSaulnier (CA-10) announced Nidhi Parachuri, a high school junior who lives in San Ramon and attends the California School of Art and Design in Pleasanton, as the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition for California's 10th Congressional District.
