WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez, D-New Mexico, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representatives Teresa Leger Fernandez (D-N.M.), Melanie Stansbury (D-N.M.), and Gabe Vasquez (D-N.M.) and U.S. Senators Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) and Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.) are welcoming $2,858,376 from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) to expand access to apprenticeship opportunities, prepare more New Mexicans for quality jobs, and strengthen the local workforce.
