BUFFALO, New York, May 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on May 6, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Willie C. Graham, 43, of Jamestown, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of $1,000,000.
