SAN RAFAEL, California, May 6 -- The First Amendment Coalition issued the following news release:
Today with the ACLU of Northern California, FAC sent this letter to the president of Cal Poly Humboldt regarding campus access during the "hard closure," writing: "We believe that the university's policy limiting public access--and especially press access--is constitutionally suspect."
