PHOENIX, Arizona, May 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona posted the following news release:
The Justice Department joins its partners across the federal government, as well as people throughout American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities, in recognizing May 5 as National Missing or Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP) Awareness Day.
