WASHINGTON, May 2 -- Rep. Brian Mast, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
Rep. Brian Mast (FL-21), co-chairmen of the bipartisan Congressional Cannabis Caucus, applauded the Drug Enforcement Administration's decision to move cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III under the Controlled Substances Act.
