Kelly A. Mroz, assistant general counsel, The Pennsylvania State University, State College, will begin the second year of a three-year term as treasurer on the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Board of Governors at the conclusion of the association's Annual Meeting on May 10 in Hershey.
