Today, Senate Democrats unveiled the Rural Prosperity and Food Security Act, which includes several priorities for rural communities championed by U.S. Senator Peter Welch (D-Vt.), Chair of the Senate Agriculture Committee's Subcommittee on Rural Development and Energy.
