WASHINGTON, May 1 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration issued the following news release on April 30, 2024:

Today, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo announced the Department's Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding a $2.3 million grant to Ascension Parish Government in Gonzales, Louisiana, for roadway infrastructure improvements at the RiverPlex MegaPark.
