GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan, May 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan issued the following news release on April 30, 2024:

U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan Mark Totten today announced that Orlando Bernard Easter, 35, of Muskegon, has been arrested after a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging Easter with one count of possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and two counts of being a felon in possession . . .
