ORLANDO, Florida, April 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging Tyrone Jose Beltran Lugo (27, Orlando) with possession with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine. If convicted, Beltran Lugo faces a maximum penalty of life in federal prison.
