INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, April 26 -- The Indiana House Democrats issued the following news release on April 25, 2024:
Tuesday (April 23), the Federal Trade Commission finalized a new rule to promote competition by banning most noncompete agreements, which are used to restrict employees from leaving one company to work for another competing company. This will grant more American workers the freedom to pursue employment that pays and treats them the best.
