NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, April 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
EDWARD MCMILLAN, age 25, a resident of New Orleans, was sentenced on April 17, 2024 by U.S. District Judge Jane T. Milazzo to 21 months in prison to be followed by 3 years of supervised release, along with a mandatory $100 special assessment fee, after previously pleading guilty to distributing cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sec.Sec. 8 . . .
