CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, April 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release on April 25, 2024:
A man who distributed heroin and fentanyl to a victim who subsequently overdosed was sentenced today to more than 19 years in federal prison.
Jacob Lee Blauer, age 32, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, received the prison term after a November 29, 2023 guilty plea to distribution of a controlled substance resulting in serious bodi . . .
