BUFFALO, New York, April 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on April 22, 2024:

Ross announced today that Eric Anthony, 27, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with threatening to assault, kidnap, or murder federal law enforcement officers with intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with such law enforcement officers while engaged in the performance of off . . .
