WASHINGTON, April 19 -- Rep. Mary Miller, R-Illinois, issued the following statement:

Today, the House passed a combined rule to consider $95 billion in foreign aid, including $60 billion for the Ukraine proxy war, without forcing Biden to secure America's southern border. Representative Miller voted against the rule and made the following statement:
"I voted no on advancing the Biden-Schumer foreign aid bill without first forcing them to secure . . .
