AUSTIN, Texas, April 23 (TNSres) -- The Texas Association of Realtors issued the following news release on April 22, 2024:
The number of Texas homes sold in the first quarter of 2024 was nearly identical to the total in the first quarter a year ago, according to the Texas Quarterly Housing Report released today by Texas REALTORS(R). The supply of homes on the market increased, while the statewide median price of $330,950 was 1.6% higher than in 2023.
