Responding to the Colonna independent review into UNRWA neutrality, Scott Paul, Oxfam America's Associate Manager of Peace and Security said:
"It is vital that the United States immediately and fully resume its funding to UNRWA. The United States has been UNRWA's largest donor and its swift suspension of funding led many other donors to follow suit. . . .
