CHARLESTON, West Virginia, April 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on April 22, 2024:
Robert Dewayne Miller, 36, of Charleston, was sentenced today to six years and six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, admitting to his role in a drug trafficking organization (DTO) that operated in the Charleston area.
