HUNTINGTON, West Virginia, April 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on April 22, 2024:
Frank W. Basenback, 37, of Huntington, was sentenced today to eight years and four months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of fentanyl.
