The Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) LGBTQ+ Rights Committee will present its 2024 David M. Rosenblum LGBTQ+ Public Policy Award to Philadelphia lawyer Henry M. Sias at an awards ceremony during the PBA Annual Meeting on May 9 in Hershey.
