After Democrats on the House Rules Committee pushed through an aid package that offers up weak-kneed legislation that violates the legislative process, Congressman Jeff Duncan voted NO and released the following statement:
"I'm disappointed to see the Republican-controlled House cede power to the Democrats by allowing them to dictate what Rules are brought up for consider . . .
