WASHINGTON, April 19 -- Rep. Daniel Kildee, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congressman Dan Kildee (MI-08), co-chair of the bipartisan Congressional PFAS Task Force, issued the following statement after the Biden administration designated two widely used toxic PFAS chemicals as hazardous substances under the Superfund law:
"The designation of two PFAS chemicals, PFOA and PFOS, as hazardous substances under the Superfund law will ensure that polluters . . .
