WASHINGTON, April 19 -- Rep. Doug Lamborn, R-Colorado, issued the following news release on April 18, 2024:

This week Congressman Doug Lamborn and Congressman Gabe Vasquez co-lead the No More Narcos Act. This bill addresses the alarming situation of middle school and high school students being recruited to act as human and drug smugglers. Often, when a student does not carry out a delivery for the cartels, they become a target--endangering their life and the lives of their family.
