TAMPA, Florida, April 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell has sentenced Richard Aldo Melendez (36, Wauchula) to 14 years in federal prison for his role in a methamphetamine trafficking ring. Melendez entered a guilty plea on August 28, 2023.
