NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, April 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
MALCOM JOHNSON, age 41, a resident of New Orleans, pleaded guilty on April 16, 2024, before United States District Judge Susie Morgan to violating the Federal Controlled Substances Act, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
According to court records, JOHNSON sold $400 worth of heroin to a DEA confidential source in the Lower Nin . . .
