On the imminent transfer of the imprisoned Russian politician Vladimir Kara-Murza to a Moscow detention facility, Congressman Steve Cohen, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly's Special Representative for Political Prisoners, issued the following statement:
