WASHINGTON, April 18 -- Rep. Grace Napolitano, D-California, issued the following news release on April 17, 2024:

Today, Reps. Grace F. Napolitano (CA-31), Raul M. Grijalva (AZ-07), Jared Huffman (CA-02), and Susie Lee (NV-03) introduced H.R. 7990, the Large-Scale Water Recycling Reauthorization and Investment Act of 2024, to reauthorize a water recycling grant program for large-scale projects in California and the other sixteen western states.
