The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) today announced a new Memorandum of Understanding (https://www.gsa.gov/system/files/Signed_ElPaso_GSA_MOU_041124.pdf) (MOU) with El Paso Electric (EPE) to develop carbon pollution-free electricity (CFE) tariffs or other offerings for federal facilities in the company's service territory in Southern New Mexico and West Texas. . . .
