WHEELING, West Virginia, April 15 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Devon Alexander Bertram, age 34, of Wheeling, West Virginia, was sentenced to 60 months in federal prison for selling cocaine.
According to court documents and statements made in court, Bertram sold cocaine base to a confidential informant near a business on Wheeling Island.
