The Southwest Arkansas Small Farms Conference is set for April 17 at Hempstead Hall of the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana (UAHT), 2500 S. Main Street in Hope, Arkansas. The event is for small and limited-resource farmers, gardeners and community members. Hosted by the UAHT and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB), the conference is free and open to the public.
