WASHINGTON, April 12 -- Rep. Marc Molinaro, R-New York, issued the following news release:

Binghamton, NY -- U.S. Rep. Marc Molinaro (NY-19) released the following statement on Governor Kathy Hochul's new plan to eliminate disability providers through the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP):

"I fully oppose Governor Hochul's reported 11th hour deal to eliminate providers through the CDPAP.
