W.Va. U.S. Attorney: Kanawha County Man Pleads Guilty to Fentanyl Crime

CHARLESTON, West Virginia, April 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on April 11, 2024:

Reginald Clay Jackson, 43, of St. Albans, pleaded guilty today to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

According to court documents and statements made in court, on October 3, 2023, law enforcement officers arrested Jackson after conducting a traffic stop of a scooter he was operating in St. Alba . . .
