WASHINGTON, April 11 -- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following news release:

This week, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled to allow an 1864 abortion ban - with no exceptions for rape or incest and that criminalizes anyone who helps a patient get an abortion - to stand. Yvette Herrell celebrated the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, paving the way for the archaic and cruel abortion ban.
