PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, April 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release on April 10, 2024:
A resident of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty in federal court to a charge of possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced today.
Devon Lamont Johnson, 36, pleaded guilty to one count before United States Chief District Judge Mark R. Hornak.
